  • Define quality standards and metrics for each project
  • Prepare the test plans, test cases and test data
  • Set up goals and objectives for QA Engineers and monitor the progress
  • Discover the bugs in the application, execute test cases and analyse the results
  • Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
  • Conduct post-implementation testing
  • Follow the quality best practices
  • Provide frequent feedback to developers, including recommendations for improvements, evaluation of problems, potential solutions, and discussion of further test requirements
  • Define the QA and SDLC processes as required for the successful deployment of software applications
  • Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes using appropriate tools, techniques and methodologies
